Selfies aren't going out of fashion any time soon and the picture obsession is real! We spotted some really cool celebrity selfies and they're way ahead in the game. Taking a leaf of of their book, we decided to bring you the works behind these cool selfies. If you're looking for a way to get better pictures, you've come to the right place.

Lower your chin and lean in

While the top angle is a no-fail selfie formula, the lower angle is great too. Tilt your chin down while you lean into the frame. Kritika Kamra's selfie accentuates her eyes, making them look larger. It's also a good way to make the lower half of a plump face look narrow. Bonus points if you rock it with a pair of shades like the Chandrakanta actress.

Add a cold shoulder

Nia Sharma has the right idea. She not only used the lower angle to her benefit but also put in a cold shoulder to bring in an attitude to the selfie. It is the perfect cool girl selfie move!

Use the depth of the backdrop

Put yourself in the centre of the frame for this one. Hold the camera at arm's length at a high angle to further the depth and snap away! This picture of Nakuul Mehta is perfectly placed. It gives the sense of surrounding and puts the actor in prime focus. Pick this selfie trick for self-portraits.

Use the Sun as a filter

Krystle Dsouza used the best filter of all time. Swap your snapchat and instagram filters for natural sun rays. Sunlight looks beautiful when it filters through your hair. Angle your face towards the sun (not directly under it) and watch it enhance your features. Also, the cool pair of reflective shades mirror the surroundings.

Make use of negative space

Karan Wahi in this picture has put negative space to good use and shifted focus from himself. This selfie trick is apt for the times you want to capture details other than yourself. For this selfie, move to either sides of the frame and let the negative space do the talking.
