Bollywood actress Amrita Rao to debut on television!

After so many Bollywood names have made their debut to small screen with daily soaps or reality shows, it's time for another Bollywood face to debut on TV.

After Preetika Rao (Aliya from Colors' Beintehaa), now its her sister Amrita Rao who is going to make her television debut soon.

There was a buzz doing rounds in the media about Amrita's television debut from quite a long time. The actress was earlier rumored to be a part of Shashi Sumeet Mittal's next but now she is all set for her television debut with producer Nivedita Basu's next.

We hear that, Producer Nivedita Basu is soon coming up with a finite series. The theme of the show which is going to be based on music industry will be having Bollywood actress Amrita Rao as the protagonist while actress Deepti Naval will play the older version of Amrita' character as the story progresses. The show has been titled as Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai.

We tried reaching Amrita but could not getting any confirmation from her.
