BMC slams B-town with Legal Notice!

BMC slams Bollywood celebrities and studios with a legal notice for not taking measures to prevent mosquito breeding.

According to reports in a leading daily, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday found mosquito breeding sites on Yash Raj studio premises.

"In 2012, after Yash Chopra died, we had inspected the studio premises and found mosquito breeding sites. On Wednesday, during a routine inspection, we once again found mosquito breeding sites and, hence, sent them a notice under section 381 B of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MMC) Act, 1888, for not taking measures to prevent mosquito breeding," said Rajan Naringrekar, BMC's pesticide officer. These celebrities make so much money, talk and act like they're royalty but lack even basic sanitation, surprising!
