The Bigg Boss 19 house witnessed a tense morning as contestants Ashnoor Kaur and Malti clashed over kitchen duties, leading to one of the season’s most heated exchanges. What started as a minor disagreement over cooking quickly turned into a full-blown argument, drawing the attention of several housemates.

A Minor Disagreement Turns Explosive

The spat began when Ashnoor grew irritated with Malti’s attitude, comparing her to another contestant, calling her 'Farhana 2.0' and accusing her of lacking individuality. Malti, visibly annoyed, defended herself, saying she had been waiting for Ashnoor for nearly 15 minutes and was frustrated by her delayed start and dismissive tone.

Earlier that morning, Ashnoor had been seen discussing Malti’s behavior with Gaurav and Pranit. She explained that when she suggested preparing halwa together, Malti refused, saying she wanted to bathe and get ready first. Later, when Ashnoor began cooking alone, Malti came in and asked her to increase the gas flame. Ashnoor refused, fearing the halwa might burn, but Malti insisted she just wanted to finish faster. Gaurav backed Ashnoor, telling Pranit that Malti’s unreasonable behavior needed to be called out.

Farhana’s Comment Adds Fuel to the Fire

The disagreement resurfaced during a later kitchen discussion. Malti complained that she didn’t like the way Ashnoor spoke to her, particularly when she was asked to turn up the flame. Ashnoor defended herself, saying Malti could’ve joined her earlier since she had mentioned it would only take five minutes.

Things escalated further when Farhana, overhearing their conversation, made a sarcastic remark — 'Now listen to these illogical talks' — which immediately triggered Malti. Enraged, she raised her voice, prompting Ashnoor to tell her to mind her language. Malti shot back sharply, saying, 'Chhoti hai toh chhoti reh,' implying that Ashnoor should know her place.

Respect and Ego Take Center Stage

In response, Ashnoor called Malti 'pagal,' which only fueled the tension. Malti reminded her to behave according to her age, while Ashnoor countered that respect works both ways, firmly stating, 'I’m your equal, and you should also know how to talk to younger people.'

The conversation took another turn when Malti questioned Ashnoor’s inconsistent use of respectful terms, saying, 'I’m older, yet you call me ‘tu’ but call Bajaj ‘aap.' Ashnoor clarified, 'I call Pranit ‘tu’ as well — it’s just my equation with Bajaj.'

The argument concluded with Ashnoor standing her ground, reminding Malti that time management is a personal responsibility. 'If you want to get ready before your duty, that’s your personal call — don’t blame others for your delay,' she said firmly.

The morning ended with tension lingering in the air, leaving housemates divided over who was right — but one thing was clear: the kitchen had become the new battleground of Bigg Boss 19.
