In a heated nomination special, Bigg Boss 18 took an intense turn as Vivian Dsena, in his role as the 'Time God,' became the postman of the house. Contestants conveyed their nominations to him through calls and letters, giving Vivian the power to decide whose letter would finalize the nominations.

Digvijay nominated Avinash, accusing him of hoarding rations, while Kashish chose Shrutika as her target, viewing her as a future threat. Shrutika, however, fired back, "Why wait for the future? I'll start now!" and nominated Kashish in return. Meanwhile, Karanveer selected Alice, accusing her of using the "women's card," but Vivian shocked everyone by tearing up Karanveer's nomination.

The nominations intensified house tensions as old rivalries resurfaced and unexpected moves surprised everyone.
