'Bhoot Returns' is 'Boochi 3D' in Telugu

Ram Gopal Varma's Hindi horror film "Bhoot Returns", a sequel to "Bhoot", will be released as "Boochi 3D" in Telugu. Both versions of the film are slated to release Oct 12.

"Boochi 3D" will be the first ever 3D film by the director, who intends to scare the audiences by making them feel haunted.

"There's a devil in the film called Shabbu with a past and it likes to haunt the family that stays in the house," a source told IANS.

The film, starring J.D.Chakravarthy, Manisha Koirala, Madhu Shalini and Alayana Sharma, is based on a story by Ravi Shankar and has music by Salim-Suleiman.

Varma, 50, is known for his path breaking Telugu films such as "Siva", "Kshana Kshanam", "Gaayam" and "Prema Katha".
