BB13| Kashmera Shah: Arti is An Underdog!

Actress Kashmera Shah recently entered the Bigg Boss 13 house for a week as Arti’s connection. We got in touch with Kashmera and asked her about her experience in the house, Arti’s game, and more…

How was the experience?

Fabulous. I was looking forward to going inside. I wanted to defend Arti and somehow the wish came true. 

How was it entering as 'a connection'?

Half of the time I felt that I’m a contestant. My first priority was Arti but second priority was that whatever I do it should be right. It was important to warn her at the right time that who are her friends and who are against her. Rashami has talked against her a lot of times and it was my job to tell her that. 

You were to go during the family week but you entered as a connection. Do you think it was better?

Yes, because if Krushna would have gone in my place, nothing would have happened. He wouldn’t have done anything apart from making food because he is not used to this kind of environment. So it was perfect that Krushna went inside during the family day and me during the Family Week.

What all did you tell Arti?

Arti is a confident lady but I don’t know what happened in the show. In the beginning she was playing well, then she became quiet, then lost and then she again started played well. So in a way, her journey was full of ups and downs. So I told her that people will support somebody who wants to win. Then Arti also said that she wants to win. 

When media entered, she was very confident but she did agree to being an underdog. 

Yes, she is an underdog and it very good as people love an underdog story. It’s not a bad thing to be an underdog, it doesn't mean that you are a dog, it means that you are an unexpected winner. 

You think you have made an impact on Arti’s game?

I have brought more confidence in her. She plays her own game and earlier half of the time she wasn't playing the game and whenever she did, she used to say that let’s make Sidharth win. So that I have changed that 100 percent, now she will play for herself. Even if she loses, she will lose because of herself only and not because someone didn’t select her. 

How do you find the other contestants in the house?

Well, Sidharth is very funny. His sense of humor is really good and half of the people don’t understand it but I understood it pretty well. I had the best equation with him. After that, even Vishal and I got along because I was constantly telling him to cut his hair plus I was helping him without asking. 

I talked very little with Rashami because she used to talk behind Arti’s back. I felt that if I will talk to her more than there will be a fight amongst us 100 percent. I didn’t even see Asim because he was busy with Himanshi. Shehnaz and I sat together a lot, she made me laugh and even I made her laugh.

My equation was not that great with Vikas and Shefali, infact after the task our equation got better.
