BB 16: Ticket To Finale at stake with the last captain standing set to win it

After having multiple weeks of no eliminations and with just under a month remaining in Bigg Boss 16 even after the extension, it seemed like an unfortunate mass removal of sorts in this past weekend in the show.

Firstly, Sreejita De became the latest contestant to be eliminated as many expected but following that came in one of the saddest moments in this season's runtime throughout - and that was Abdu Rozik's exit. The whole house was in tears upon the same.

The sadness did not stop there at all where yesterday's episode saw yet another exit and this time, it was in the form of director Sajid Khan. The man was always set to be a part of the show for a limited period of time and even then, he went on to spend over a 100 days in the house. His exit too meant tears and sadness, especially for the 'mandli.'

And now, we are finally down to contestants in single digits as Bigg Boss 16 has its top 9. This meant Bigg Boss ups the ante and brings in a fresh new twist. As we witnessed in the precap. Ticket To Finale Week is officially underway and things are about to get murkier than ever. The entire week will be about the captaincy changing hands as and when and the last person standing as the captain will be willing the ticket to finale and become the first finalist of Bigg Boss 16.

But this will lead to a lot of anarchy as the contestants will be making sure that tasks and orders are disobeyed by them in order to make sure the captaincy changes hands. Bigg Boss also announced that as Nimrit Ahluwalia was the first captain of the house, she will begin this week as the captain.

On a parallel note, we also saw a murky (figuratively and literally) elimination happening. As the precap suggested, the likes of Soundarya Sharma, Nimrit Ahluwalia and Sumbul Touqeer went on to nominate Tina Datta. When it comes to Datta, she will nominate Sharma and this will lead to a full-blown war of words.

A lot of action awaits in the Bigg Boss house.
