Balaji Telefilms' next 'Kalash' gets its time slot; Parag Tyagi joins the cast!

As TellyBuzz had reported about Anil Rastogi, roped in for Balaji Telefilms' upcoming show on Life OK,  we now hear that the show which has been titled as 'Kalash', has got a time slot.

Well, apart from actors like Aparna Dixit, Krip Suri and Mahesh Shetty, actor Parag Tyagi who was last seen in Jodha Akbar will join the cast too.

Our source says, "Parag Tyagi has been roped in to play the role of an elder brother of Aparna Dixit. The show will go on air from March 9 and has got the time slot of 8.30 PM. Currently 24 Frames' Laut Aao Trisha, airs on the specified time slot."

"The show will have the backdrop the Ambala city. Aparna will essay the role of an ambitious girl who wants to  study but her grandmother has the mindset that girls shouldn't go to school or college to study. Thus, it will be shown in the show that how this girl struggles to get educated and stands on her own feet," adds our source.

We tried calling Parag Tyagi, but we couldn't reach through him.
