Badii Devranis Manbhari gets overwhelmed with emotions during Mata Ka Jagrata sequence

There is a strong connect that Roshani Shetty who essays the character of Manbhari in Shashi Sumeet Productions' ongoing show Badii Devrani feels with lord almighty. Recently the cast shot for an important Mata Ka Jagrata sequence and everyone was surprised on how engulfed Manbhari got with the rhythm and the mood.

 

"It almost felt that she was in a state of trance, completely oblivious of her surrounding and totally immersed in the devotional songs being sung. We felt that she forgot she was at the shoot and was enjoying the Jagrata with all her heart", said a source from the sets.  

 

Roshani Shetty aka Manbhari says says, "It was a fun and interesting sequence where everybody assumes that I was actually possessed by 'Mata'. It was a scene where we had a Jagrata in the sequence and according to the sequence Prabha ji was to get all powers and throw Reeti out of the house. However to everyone's surprise I got completely carried away into the sequence."

 

Coming back to the scene, she says "It was so much fun to let loose and enact the "possession". It was a welcome change from the everyday scenes. Hope people have as much fun watching it as I had enacting it. I love the perks of an actor to take up being different people through our roles".
