Assma Siddiqui the new love of Popatlal

Sab TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashmah which has seen the emergence of lot of vibrant characters, has one more interesting entrant in face of Koyal, who will be the new love interest of our very own Patrakar Popatlal (Shyam Pathak).

As per the present track the role of Koyal that is being enacted by a 22year fresh face from Rajasthan Assma Siddiqui, is that of a naughty, bubbly girl who is the sister in law of Taarak Mehta. She has unknowingly created a soft corner in Popatlal's heart.

When contacted, Assma Siddiqui told us, "As of now I don't know whether I would accept his proposal or not. But my current aim is to fly to London to pursue journalism."

When inquired about her professional background she replied, "This is my first acting project on television and apart from that I'm a professional belly dancer and aspire to pursue it on a national level."
 
"Also I took up this show to be my debut because I'm more confident about comedy than fiction. So, presently I just feel lucky to be a part of such a popular show", saying which she signs off.
