Arjun Kapoor’s touching note for his friends and 'baby' Malaika Arora, says 'thank u for standing by my side'

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor celebrated his 36th birthday, this weekend and rang in his special day in the presence of his friends and family. Now, the actor has penned a touching note and thanked his friends, family and ‘baby’ Malaika Arora for always standing by his side.

Sharing a photo from his birthday lunch Arjun appears to be lost in thought as he stares outside the window. While captioning the photo Arjun wrote, “Was caught lost in thought at the birthday lunch… What a difference a year makes… A year ago I was deflated, tired & confused, today I sit ready with new energy, vigour & determination to face any curveball life throws my way... I just want to acknowledge all those close to me who have believed in me, supported me & cared for me. My work mates, fans, friends, family & my baby thank u for standing by my side. Arjun Kapoor was wearing a cool sweatshirt for his Lunch date with his girlfriend Malaika Arora and the couple were enjoying lunch at The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai’s Colaba.

Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have been in a relationship with each other for quite some time now. On Arjun Kapoor's 36th birthday, girlfriend Malaika Arora took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of the two of them. "Happy birthday sunshine (sic)," Malla wrote, with a heart emoji.

On his birthday eve, Arjun hosted an intimate bash on June 23, Friday, for some of his industry friends and family members at Mumbai's Taj Mahal Palace hotel. 

Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Vijay Deverakonda and many others were present at the bash. Arjun's sisters Jahnvi Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor were also present.
