Arjun Kapoor is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Mere Husband Ki Biwi. Recently, at a fan interaction event, he was joined by his co-stars Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh. While the cast engaged with the audience, an unexpected moment left everyone surprised. A fan loudly called out the name of Malaika Arora, Arjun's ex-girlfriend, right in front of him.

Arjun, caught off guard, simply looked at the crowd and shook his head with an understanding expression, choosing not to say a word. Bhumi and Rakul also noticed the moment but refrained from commenting. This was not the first time Arjun faced such a situation. During a Diwali party, a similar incident took place when someone in the crowd repeatedly shouted Malaika's name. At that time, Arjun had responded by saying, "Nahi abhi single hoon. Relax karo," confirming that he was single.

Arjun and Malaika's relationship had been the talk of the town ever since they started dating in 2018. Though they never spoke much about their relationship in public, they often shared glimpses of their romance on social media. From vacation pictures to birthday wishes, their posts gave fans a peek into their bond. However, their love story came to an end last year when they decided to part ways. Despite the breakup, Arjun was seen visiting Malaika after the passing of her father, Anil Mehta, showing that they still respect and care for each other. Before dating Arjun, Malaika was married to actor Arbaaz Khan.

The film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh under the banner of Pooja Films. With an intriguing storyline and a stellar cast, the movie is set to hit the big screen on February 21, 2025.
