Aparna Dixit to RETURN to TV with Sony TV's 'Porus'

Porus is one period drama that has endured and managed to stand the test of time and it continues to keep the audiences enthralled. Recently, we heard that the series made it to ten Asian countries. It is needless to say that the Sony TV show's popularity isn't dying down and we think its all the twists and new developments that keep it running. We just heard of a development that will have fans excited for the upcoming episodes. 

We hear that Aparna Dixit of Pavitra Rishta fame is joining the cast of Porus. Fans will remember that the actress started out on TV with Mahabharat and it is surreal that she will make her comeback with a period drama. The production house of Mahabharat is the same as that of Porus, so this is bound to be nostalgic. 

Aparna will be paired opposite Rohit Purohit who plays the role of Alexander. Her character will be that of Roxane and we think the two actors will look great together on screen. This piece of news definitely has us looking forward to the upcoming tracks of the show. How about you?
