Anushka Sharma slams a sports brand for using her pics without consent

Is it Anushka vs Puma? On Monday Anushka Sharma took a call against renowned sports brand PUMA India for using her pictures without consent to promote its sale event.After the sports brand uploaded a series of pictures of the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress wearing its products as part of its continuing End of Season Sale advertising, she resorted to social media to voice her opinions.

Taking to her social media account the actress slammed the brand. She wrote, “Hey, @pumaindia? I’m sure you know that you have to take permission before you can use my imagery for publicity since I’m not your ambassador. Please take it down!”

After which the brand uploaded another post requesting the actress to come aboard with them. They wrote, "Hey @anushkasharma, we should have reached out sooner! Should we take things to next level then? 👀"

Well Anushka had a savage reply for this too. She shared their post and wrote, "I will sleep on it".

Well netizens are super impressed with the actresses stance on the same and are praising her on the internet 

For the unversed, earlier in the day, PUMA India had promoted its ongoing sale event with Anushka’s old images where she was casually spotted in the brand’s apparel and footwear over several occasions such as city outing, post-workout etc.

While Anushka's husband and cricketer Virat Kohli is the brand's key brand embassedor.
