Anupamaa: Toshu becomes the next Vanraj Shah, declares himself head of the Shah family

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to keep viewers hooked with its intense drama. Following a six-month leap, Anuj, Anupama, and Aadhya's reunion finally happens but is marred by Megha's brutal attack on Anupama. Rushed to the hospital and declared dead, Anupama miraculously revives, leaving everyone astonished and grateful.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, as Anuj gets ready for the Anu ki Rasoi stall, Anupama watches him with admiration. She assists him and gently moves a strand of hair from his face, reminiscing about how he used to do the same for her. Amidst the family's celebration with Asha Bhavan members, Toshu reverts to his old behaviour. He confronts Kinjal and the others, insisting they return inside and declaring himself the new head of the Shah house. Anupama retorts, questioning his authority and dignity. Toshu warns that he will show his power.

In a separate subplot, Toshu organizes a ritual to establish himself as the head of the family, surprising Leela with the announcement. Toshu explains that with Vanraj absent, the family needs to decide on the new head. Baa refuses, stating that such rites should occur after a father's passing and asserts that Vanraj is still alive. Despite this, Toshu forces the headgear onto himself with Baa's reluctant assistance.

Recently, India Forums reported that a group of six or seven men storms into the Shah house, demanding Vanraj's whereabouts and accusing him of defrauding them of crores through a fake investment scheme. Toshu, shocked, is struck by one of the men escalating the situation. The men, growing increasingly aggressive, begin to vandalize the home as a warning. Despite Leela's defence of Vanraj as a diligent worker, the men threaten violence if their money isn't returned. They leave with a final warning, leaving the family stunned and fearful. Toshu starts to suspect Vanraj's possible deceit, adding to the family's distress.

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the atmosphere is lively as Sagar, Titu, and Meenu dance exuberantly in front of Anupama, drawing Aadhya into their celebration. Anuj joins the dance at Titu's urging, and Baa soon arrives, joining in and blessing Anupama with affection. Meanwhile, Indra reflects on the absence of Nandita, while Coffee and Kaveri receive praise for their support in preparing for Anupama's return.

As Anupama returns home, she is warmly welcomed by her family. Baa performs an aarti, and Indra and Meenu shower her with flower petals. Despite being encouraged to rest, Anupama insists on managing Asha Bhavan's tax, but Aadhya offers to take over the stall and other responsibilities, expressing her admiration for her mother's journey from modest beginnings to success.

Toshu's frustration with Vanraj's absence and suspected dishonesty adds tension. Anupama later heads to the Shah house to reconcile with Baa, reflecting on her near-death experience and the value of family love and togetherness, ultimately seeking Baa's support and emphasizing the importance of unity.
