The crisis intensifies when the builder arrives at the Shah house with an eviction notice, revealing that Vanraj had sold the property without informing them. Toshu's attempts to resolve the situation backfire when his previous deceptions are exposed. After a violent confrontation with Toshu, the builder demands that the Shahs vacate the house within an hour, threatening to use goons for a forceful eviction, leaving Toshu stunned and the family in despair.
