Anupamaa: Shruti contacts someone, urging them to meet, emphasising the urgency of meeting

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Dimple (Nishi Saxena) and Kavya (Madalsa Sharma) discuss with Kinjal (Nidhi Shah) over a video call why bad things always happen to Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) despite her being a good person who does good for others. Kinjal expresses concern over Anupama's absence while revealing Aadhya's insolence towards Anupama. Kavya sympathises with Anupama for constantly facing problems in both her personal and professional life. She further questions Kinjal about Toshu's (Gaurav Sharma) involvement in the mishap, who also suspects Toshu. Vanraj enters the frame and asks about Anupama's whereabouts, unaware of the food mishap. Kinjal somehow changes the topic to avoid disclosing the truth by assuring him everything is fine. After Vanraj departs, they realise they can't hide the truth much longer as such things tend to go viral. Kavya urges Kinjal to find Anupama and advises her to look after her. Kinjal constantly tries to contact Anupama but fails.

Meanwhile, Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) is on the streets searching for Anupama. He eventually finds her sleeping on a bench and feels relieved. Shruti remembers Anuj defending Anupama and contacts someone to discuss something urgent and arrange a meeting. Anuj asks Anupama to come home. He reveals that the food blogger has decided not to file a complaint, but to safeguard her and the restaurant, they need to seek legal advice. For that, she has to return home. After seeing her reluctance, he decides to stay with her, intending not to leave her alone.

Shruti is set to meet a mysterious person:

Finally, he takes her home, where Shruti thinks of going out to meet that person in Anuj's absence. Shruti prepares to leave but is shocked to see Anupama entering the house. On learning Shruti is going out to meet her friend, Anuj decides to accompany Shruti. She asks him to take care of Anupama, and he prays for the strength to manage everything. Anupama's food mishap goes viral in the media, and Toshu enjoys it. Kinjal stands by Anupama, while Hasmukh feels sorry for her. Vanraj criticises Anupama, claiming she failed to handle her success, but Hasmukh warns him not to speak ill of her.

Anupama finds out that fans are upset over the spice and chutney incident. Vanraj tells her not to visit them anymore and claims she has gone back to square one. Panicked, Anupama insists she did nothing wrong. Anuj tries to calm her, but Anupama locks herself in a room, causing Anuj to become anxious. Yashdeep hears the news and becomes angry. Titu visits the Shahs, and Vanraj insists they stop praising Anupama, saying she embarrassed them. He declares that Anupama is no one for them.

Vanraj asks the Shahs to stop discussing Anupama:

Aadhya blames Anupama for her suffering and advises Anuj against supporting her, but Anuj defends Anupama and refuses to leave her alone. Anupama discovers that Spice and Chutney is going to close and runs away. The news pleases Shruti and Aadhya, who wish for Anupama's departure from their lives. Kavya and Dimple hold Toshu responsible, believing Anupama's innocence in the food mishap. Vanraj gets angry at Kavya for accusing Toshu, while Titu supports Anupama. Vanraj tells Titu to focus on his own problems and insists that the Shahs stop discussing Anupama.
