Anupamaa: Rahi’s biological father Sampat enters, bringing new challenges for Anupama

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, a major twist is set to unfold with the entry of Rahi's biological father. As Rahi and Prem's wedding approaches, Anupama visits a temple for work-related reasons and has a conversation with the priest. While offering prayers and wishing for Rahi's happiness, she holds prasad in her hands when Sampat (Maya's husband) crosses her path and accidentally bumps into her, causing the prasad to fall. This prompts her to confront the man, but upon seeing his face, she experiences a sense of familiarity, feeling as though she has seen him before but fails to recognise him. The upcoming twist reveals that Sampat is Adhya, also known as Rahi's, real father. With his entry, the upcoming episodes promise more challenges for Anupama and unexpected hurdles in Rahi's wedding.

For those unfamiliar, Adhya, now known as Rahi, is Maya's biological daughter, whose story ended in tragedy. Anupama and Anuj had adopted Adhya from an ashram in Mumbai, following which Maya's past came to light. She revealed how she once loved a man who turned her life into a nightmare, forcing her into a brothel. Living in such dire circumstances, she became pregnant and remained unaware of Adhya's real father. To protect her daughter and secure a stable future, Maya left Adhya in the ashram, hoping to become financially independent and reunite with her later. However, Maya soon entered Anupama and Anuj's lives, attempting to win Anuj over. Her journey ultimately ended in tragedy with her untimely death.
