Anupamaa: Rahi finally hits back at Mahi, ruins her plan to snatch Prem away

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Bharti requests Preet to help her get to the washroom. However, she suddenly realises she's unable to move her leg, which leaves her visibly distressed. Preet immediately calls for medical help. Upon arrival, the doctor examines Bharti and delivers worrying news, her spine has suffered a serious injury, and surgery is the only option for recovery. He informs Anupama, Preet, and Bharti that the procedure is urgent and money needs to be arranged without delay. Anupama is left stunned by this unexpected burden.

Elsewhere, Rahi and Pari have a conversation about Ansh and Prarthana. Rahi expresses concern that their relationship might once again trigger conflict between the two families. Pari recalls how Prarthana mentioned Ansh has no idea about her feelings. She then shifts the conversation, advising Rahi to concentrate on her dancing instead of worrying about others. Rahi says she's eager to compete but lacks a team since no one has enrolled yet. Pari remains hopeful and assures her that things will fall into place. Just then, Rahi gets a call, and Pari predicts that her admission will come through soon.

Meanwhile, Anupama continues to be weighed down by Bharti's medical emergency. She turns to prayer, asking the Almighty to show her a way out. In a moment of clarity, Anupama decides to participate in the upcoming dance competition to earn the money needed.

At the office, Prem informs Anil about the approaching audit, urging that they leave early to prepare. Back at home, Moti Baa appreciates Gautam for managing the finances effectively. Anil, curious, questions how she knows Gautam has been diligent. She replies that Gautam's father had once invested in their business. Prem quickly adds that had they not received help from Gautam's family, they would've managed to find another investor anyway. The men then depart for work.

As Prem gets ready to leave for work, Rahi reminds him to carry his lunch. Moti Baa comments on Rahi’s interest in dancing in a taunting tone. Khyati asks Prem to take Mahi out shopping, but Rahi steps in and offers to take her instead. Mahi refuses, telling her to focus on the dance academy. Rahi responds with a sly remark, hinting that it’s important to keep an eye on her too. Mahi, puzzled and slightly taken aback, questions what she meant. Rahi calmly replies that it’s her duty to look after her sister and, since Prem has an important office audit, he won’t be able to accompany Mahi anyway.

When Khyati insists that Prem will still go with Mahi, Moti Baa intervenes and backs Rahi’s decision. Rahi then tells Mahi to buy whatever she wants during the shopping trip, otherwise she might start eyeing her belongings again. Mahi is left shocked by the comment, but Rahi quickly dismisses it as a joke. As Prem and Anil leave for the office, Rahi and Mahi exchange tense, angry glances.

On the other side, Anupama continues to stress over Bharti's worsening health. Preet informs her that delaying the surgery could result in Bharti losing her ability to walk forever. The weight of the situation crushes Anupama emotionally.

Meanwhile, Ishani is thrilled as she unboxes a brand-new mobile phone. Ansh questions her and Pakhi about spending on luxury when they should be contributing to household expenses. Offended by his tone, both Ishani and Pakhi lash out. Pakhi then lets it slip that Hasmuk already knows Anupama's whereabouts. Hasmuk intervenes and says that there's no need to involve others. Pakhi stirs the pot further by suggesting that Prarthana is trying to come between Ansh and the family. Leela confronts Prarthana, but she defends herself calmly.

Later, Anupama and Preet bring Bharti back home. The women in the house try to comfort Bharti, but she feels overwhelmed and asks them not to show pity.

Rahi resumes her dance practice and is thrilled to finally get two new admissions. Meanwhile, Anupama and Preet brainstorm ways to raise funds. Anupama encourages Preet to also participate in the competition. Though initially nervous, Preet begins to consider it thanks to Anupama's motivation.
