Anupamaa: Raghav holds Anupama hostage; here's why

Star Plus' Anupamaa is once again heading towards a tense mother-daughter conflict, as the latest promo hints at a growing rift between Anupama and Rahi. While Aryan's truth has already come to light, leading to strained relationships that are now slowly mending, another dark secret still looms, one that could unintentionally tear bonds apart. Raghav, who has earned Anupama's trust and even found a place in her Rasoi, is hiding a shocking truth about how he was the one responsible for the attack on Rahi that nearly claimed her life. In the current track, Raghav’s truth is exposed, and the Kotharis are revealed to have a shocking, hidden connection to him. While this connection is yet to fully unfold, the truth behind his brutal attack on Rahi comes to light, prompting Anupama to confront him with a slap. Despite his constant pleas for her to listen to him, she decides to send him to jail. Left with no choice, he flees before the police arrive but later returns, planning to keep Anupama in his custody.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Raghav ties Anupama's mouth and hands, forcing her to sit in the corner. He apologises for his actions, claiming that she forced him to use these methods because she was adamant about not listening, and he wanted to express his side. Raghav then shows her a family picture, introducing Anupama to Pankhudi. However, Anupama is shocked when she sees the picture, realising that Pankhudi is none other than a Kothari.
