Anupamaa: Prem's return to the Kotharis exposes his truth to Anupama and Rahi

Star Plus' Anupamaa has taken an exciting turn post-leap, with new characters like Spreha Chatterjee, Shivam Khajuria, and Adrija Roy joining the show. The focus is now on Anupama and Rahi, with Prem entering Rahi's life, despite the challenges posed by Mahi's feelings for him.

Meanwhile, Prem's family, the Kotharis, has been introduced, hinting at the revelation of his hidden background. As Anupama prepares to become Prem's mother-in-law, her rocky start with the Kotharis adds further drama to the story.

However, the hidden truth about Prem’s wealthy and large family finally comes in front of Anupama and Rahi, as hinted in a recently released promo by Star Plus.

The promo shows Anupama and Rahi entering the Kothari house, carrying the items for the Pooja’s Prasad. Anupama, expresses that with Kanha ji's blessing, Rahi and Prem's relationship has been fixed, and they’ve received a large order to prepare food.

However, before they can enter, Moti Baa stops them and, in front of the Kothari family, says they don’t need servants. Anupama clarifies the misunderstanding, stating that Khyaati herself asked them to prepare food.

Parag tells Khyaati that they do not have the status to receive prasad from this house and that they have come to prepare the prasad. He then gives Anupama a bundle of money, stating that it is the value of their time. Anupama returns the money, saying while the value of time has been given, the price of devotion cannot be paid. Rahi, with a 1 rupee coin, adds that they are offering their contribution for the chadava. Before leaving, Anupama, upset by their treatment, declares that they have nothing more to do with the Kotharis.

At that moment, Prem enters, and Anupama and Rahi are shocked to see the Kotharis' joyful reaction. Parag exclaims that their son, Prem, has returned home. It is in this moment that Anupama and Rahi discover Prem’s hidden family, learning that he has been lying about being an orphan all this time and actually comes from a rich family. Both are left in tears as they realize the truth. The burning question now is whether Rahi and Prem's relationship will survive the clash between their families.
