Anupamaa: Prem decides to tell Mahi that he loves Rahi after her proposal

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Pari and Ishani express their admiration for the venue. However, Mahi voices her concern about the high expenses, suggesting they should have celebrated somewhere more affordable. She worries about who will settle the bill and remarks that while Ansh's gaming event was successful, it doesn't justify hosting a party at such a costly place.

Ansh reveals that it was Prem who brought them to the luxurious restaurant, and Prem takes responsibility for covering the expenses. Mahi points out that Prem's entire salary might be spent in one go, but Prem reassures her that he can handle it. Meanwhile, Ansh looks for Rahi, who had gone to the washroom and hasn't returned yet. Ishani, frustrated, scolds Ansh for forcing a disinterested Rahi to join them. Just then, Rahi reappears, visibly uncomfortable in Prem's presence. As the dance floor fills up, Ansh, Pari, and Ishani take to the floor, while Mahi silently wishes for Rahi to leave so she can have some time alone with Prem. Both Rahi and Prem deliberately avoid each other, adding to the growing tension. Noticing Rahi sitting out, Ansh encourages her to join them on the dance floor.

Seizing the moment, Mahi asks Prem if he has feelings for her, to which Prem looks at Rahi and replies that he does like her. This leads Mahi to confirm that Prem is also in love with her.

Elsewhere, Jhanki experiences chest pain while stuck in traffic with Anupama. As the jam persists, Anupama pleads with the police to let them through. She realises Jhanki is having a heart attack and decides to take charge of the situation. Back at the party, Prem notices that Rahi appears upset seeing him with Mahi, which prompts him to deliberately increase her jealousy by inviting Mahi to dance. Mahi, overjoyed, happily accepts.

Anupama, determined to help Jhanki, manages to save her life despite the traffic chaos. When a VIP motorcade arrives, the officer orders everyone to clear the road, but Anupama confronts the leader, questioning the inconvenience caused to the public. As the crowd begins recording the exchange, the leader acknowledges Anupama's point, instructs the officers to clear the traffic, and ensures Jhanki reaches the hospital on time. He later hands Anupama his card as a token of respect for her courage.

Back at the party, Prem dances with Mahi, fueling Rahi's jealousy. Mahi, taking advantage of the situation, separates Rahi from Prem during the dance and later confesses her love to him. Prem is left shocked by her revelation. Meanwhile, Mahi and Ishani win a prize at the event, but Prem quietly leaves, avoiding any further interaction.

Anupama comforts Jhanki, reminding her of how important she is to her life, especially after losing Kanta. Jhanki expresses her gratitude, pledging her life to Anupama for saving her. Anupama advises Jhanki to rest and seek medical attention.

Mahi later calls Anupama, excitedly sharing that Prem reciprocates her feelings and requests Anupama to speak to him on her behalf. Anupama, however, feels uneasy hearing this news, unable to understand her restlessness. Prem, on the other hand, realises that Mahi has misunderstood his friendly behaviour as a romantic interest. He resolves to clarify his feelings and admit his love for Rahi.

As the episode concludes, Ansh reminds Prem to settle the bill, but the hotel manager refuses to accept payment, leaving Prem uneasy about his identity being exposed.
