Anupamaa: Parag apologises to Anupama, seeks Rahi’s hand for Prem

Anupamaa takes an intriguing turn post-leap, introducing fresh faces like Spreha Chatterjee, Shivam Khajuria, and Adrija Roy. The story now centres on Anupama and Rahi, with Prem stepping into Rahi's life. However, their relationship faces challenges as Mahi's unresolved feelings for Prem threaten their impending marriage. Adding further complications, Prem's own family, the Kotharis, strongly oppose his union with Rahi.

The drama escalates when the Kotharis make their entrance, bringing to light Prem's long-hidden past. Anupama, who trusted Prem's story, is left stunned when Parag, Prem's father, reveals the truth about their connection. This revelation drives Anupama to confront Prem, where she delivers a stinging slap and firmly resolves to sever all ties between Rahi and Prem, protecting her from further betrayal.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Parag, who had previously urged Anupama to break Prem and Rahi's relationship, visits the Shah house with Moti Baa and Khyati. However, this time, he isn't there to argue but to apologise for his actions. Parag expresses that he has disrespected them unknowingly, to which Anupama sharply replies that disrespect only happens once by mistake, not twice. As they are speaking, the staff brings in gifts and sweets from the Kotharis, and Moti Baa, also with folded hands, says that after what happened, they are sweetening the situation, hoping that it marks the beginning of new relationships. Parag and Moti Baa share a meaningful glance, and Prem adds that their happiness lies in Prem's happiness, and they've come to ask for Rahi's hand in marriage. He asks if Anupama is willing to accept Rahi as a Kothari daughter-in-law.
