Anupamaa: Pakhi hugs Titu, catching Dimple's attention

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) questions herself, wondering why she's chasing a past she left behind and causing pain to those she cares about. She acknowledges the hurt she inflicted during the five years she stayed away from her loved ones. Urging herself not to weaken, she decides to keep love and relationships where they were. Leaving her room, Yashdeep questions her presence, to which Beeji explains that Anupama seemed troubled. Beeji, aware of the pain, admits she can't bear it, while Yashdeep adds that hiding it is even more challenging. Both share a moment of understanding, acknowledging the necessity of concealing emotional wounds.

During dinner orders, Anupama takes charge, revealing her strength. Yashdeep notes the ease of bearing pain but emphasizes the difficulty of hiding it. Reflecting on their shared struggles, they reveal that heart wounds never truly heal.

In another scene, Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) confides in Shruti (Sukirti Kandpal) about a disagreement with his daughter Aadhya, providing a vague explanation. He attributes the mess to Aadhya's actions and admits supporting her lie to Shruti. As he begins to explain the incomplete meeting, he receives an email revealing their withdrawal from the event. Shruti questions the decision, emphasizing it as a prime opportunity for showcasing Joshiben's talent. Anuj advises against it for professionalism. 

Shruti calls Joshiben (Anupama) after hearing Aadhya open the door. She rushes to her by handing over the phone to Anuj. Anuj, emotional, ends the call, suspecting Anupama may have also shed tears.

Busy packing orders, Anupama receives a message and realizes she has to leave. Beeji and Yashdeep express concern for her well-being. Anupama shares with Beeji that she needs to attend to her unwell granddaughter, Pari. Yashdeep offers to drop her, and she decides to discuss the event participation during the journey. Yashdeep reveals his action of withdrawing from the event, and Anupama expresses gratitude.

Meanwhile, Pakhi and Titu have a conversation in the car. Titu expresses gratitude for Anupama and Dimple's influence on his life. Pakhi acknowledges her past behaviour and apologizes, complimenting Titu's success. A sudden hug from Pakhi catches Titu off guard, causing tension with Dimple. In the car with Yashdeep, Anupama discloses details of her failed second marriage with Anuj Kapadia, thanking him for his understanding. An unexpected call from Anuj interrupts their conversation.
