Anupamaa: Anupama encounters Mr. Goenka on her flight to America

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) opens the window, peering outside, and then closes it, pressing her hands against her ears. Echoes of Vanraj, Toshu, and Baa's words torment her. She is haunted by Choti's, Malti Devi's, and Anuj's voices. She places her head on her mother's photo frame and envisions her mother standing behind her. Embracing her, she questions why her mother left. Her mother advises her to live her life, urging her to move away from loved ones, stating that life is offering a third chance. 

Anupama, recalling her previous hesitations, expresses her reluctance. Her mother encourages her to persist, asserting that she is gone, but Anupama isn't. Anupama insists she is fine, but her mother urges her to pursue her dreams, suggesting America. She emphasizes wanting to witness Anupama's success and happiness, instructing her to go as her new life awaits.

Looking at her passport and ticket, Anupama gazes at her reflection on a plate, resolving to restart her life. She acknowledges her fear after a five-year pause but is determined to do it for Devika, her mother, and herself. Packing her bags, she hears Choti's cry, only to awaken from her dream. Anupama, still shaken, attempts to sleep.

The following morning, Anupama bravely opens the door, fearlessly surveying her surroundings. People passing by notice her. About to step out, she hesitates, realizing the significance of the first move in her journey. Encouraging herself to take the name of Kanha ji, she steps outside, reflecting on the five years this house sheltered her. She decides it's time to move forward, locks the door, and encounters a boy. Informing him she doesn't need the items, she discovers he identifies her as Joshiben. Smiling, she gives instructions and says goodbye, revealing her departure with a new identity.

Anupama calls Devika, sharing her new number and the news of her journey to America. Devika, elated, scolds Anupama for not informing her sooner. Anupama expresses her fear, and Devika assures her that hope will accompany it. Grateful for Devika's constant support, Anupama bids farewell and boards the flight. Memories of leaving the plane for Choti flood her thoughts. She encounters a talkative lady, Jassi, who reveals her plans to see her grandchild. Anupama's seat belt issue led to an unexpected upgrade to business class.

Anupama occupies her business class seat as the plane prepares for takeoff. The man beside her recognizes her, addressing her as "Jai Shrikrishna Anupama ji." Anupama responds with "Jai Shrikrishna Goenka ji." When he inquires if it's her first time flying, Anupama reveals she couldn't go last time. He assures her she will soar even after reaching her destination. As the flight takes off, Mr Goenka admires Joshi Ben's recipe, praising her culinary skills. Observing the jewellery on her hand, he realizes she is Joshi Ben but keeps silent. The flight lands in America, and Anupama, filled with emotion, exclaims that she has arrived.

Precap: Anupama steps out of the airport, greeting America with "Namaste." However, she discovers her restaurant closed due to legal issues, leaving her shocked.
