Anupama wonders why is Vanraj so happy; Anuj excited to meet Malvika

Anupamaa has been witnessing a lot of drama from time to time and it looks like Anupama may have some more troubles to fight through. Currently, she is taking care of Anuj after his return to home from the hospital. She also dreams telling him about her feelings and dancing together until reality strikes.

When Bapuji visits them, she tells him that she is ready to give Anuj and her relationship a chance, but is scared that what if she totally becomes dependent on his support like she did with Vanraj. Bapuji tries to cheer her up and tells her that whatever she is doing is right. 

On the other hand, Anupama gives him medicines the next day as he wakes up, and while asking her to get him some water, we see him speak to Malvika on the call and telling her how he misses her and loves her. This leaves Anupama heartbroken.

Now, in the upcoming episodes, we will see that the Shahs and Anupamaa go for a party. Anupamaa tells Vanraj that he looks different to which he says that it's because his future is about to change. At the same time Anuj is happy that he is going to meet Malvika. And we see just a glimpse of Malvika. How will her entry in their lives change things?
