Ankur Sharma Kabir to enter Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat!

Actor Ankur Sharma Kabir, who is currently seen on Sony TV's CID, will now soon be seen on Colors' popular historical series Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.

Our source informs us, "Ankur has been roped in for essaying the character of Senapati Ashwak on the show. He will come to take the revenge from King Bindusara (Sameer Dharmadhikari) who has killed the King of Ujjain."

When we contacted Ankur, he confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I am doing the show and it was the first time when I sat on a horse. My body is aching badly today. I have always been very scared of riding a horse yesterday after shooting the whole day, the horse wasn't comfortable shooting when my turn came."
