Ankit and I are like Tom and Jerry on the sets of ‘Udaariyaan’: Priyanka Chaudhary aka Tejo

Colors’ show ‘Udaariyaan’ is one of the most unconventional shows on Indian Television. The show has been exploring a bold story-line which has clicked very well with the viewers. The current track of the show revolves around Tejo ending up at Virk house. She has decided to stay there as Beeji is unwell. Khushbeer has brought her as his daughter. Jasmine and Fateh are irked with staying with Tejo in the same roof.

In the upcoming episode, Fateh will give divorce papers to Tejo and she will sign the same. Entire Virk family is against the divorce and Fateh’s relationship with Jasmine. While the show is loaded with intense scenes and drama, the offscreen atmosphere on ‘Udaariyaan’ sets is quite chilled out and fun.

India Forums got in touch with actress Priyanka Chaudhary aka Tejo and asked her about her off-screen bond with Fateh played by actor Ankit Gupta. She said, “Ankit and I are quite good friends. We have most of our scenes together and we try to give our best but we also have fun, chill and laugh around on the sets. While the work gets exhausting at times, the fun banters with each other keep us fresh and high on spirits”.

“Ankit and I are like Tom and Jerry. We fight a lot on silly things and end up having a gala time. We’re like best-friends”, Priyanka added.

Udariyaan is produced by popular television actors Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta under their production banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Devirosh Films. Actors Ankit Gupta, Isha Malviya and Priyanka Chaudhry play the characters of Fateh, Jasmine and Tejo respectively.
