As per Buddha, 'holding on to anger' is like clasping hot coal in your hand with the intent of throwing it at someone else. In such cases, most of the times it so happens that you are the one who gets burned.
With a lot of curiosity, TellyBuzz decided to test the Anger Meter of our favorite actors, and quiz them on their anger patterns..
Vikas Gupta:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: In-sensitiveness freaks me out.

What do you do to control your anger: I chant to cool myself down.
On whom do you show your anger: With the people who are close to me.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: Yes (smiles) we couple of friends had gone to a Dhaba for lunch and a customer there just slapped the kid who was serving them. My friend and I got so annoyed that we went up to him, but to our bad luck all the localites came up to support that guy, and we got beaten up instead.
Adaaa Khan:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: I can't stand Hypocrisy and when people behave rudely to good people.
How do you show your anger: I get it out and don't keep anything to myself. But if the person is a senior to me, I just walk out. Otherwise, I confront the person and keep no grudges.
What do you do to control your anger: Close my eyes, breathe in and breathe out or at times listen to music.
On whom do you show your anger: Mother. I don't show my anger on her but tell her everything and make my heart lighter.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: Not really because till now I have got angry at the right place and at the right time (smiles).
Aashka Goradia:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: A cockroach freaks me out, I mean I just can't stand it.
How do you show your anger: I talk with the person and don't believe in the notion of being silent.
What do you do to control your anger: I like my anger, it works in a positive way for me. So if I am getting my work done by getting angry, I don't feel like controlling my temper.
On whom do you show your anger: On people who try to mess with me.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: My anger till now, hasn't got me in a problem that I can't come out of.
Vishal Singh:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: When people lie.
How do you show your anger: Most of the time I shout, or else I keep quiet.
What do you do to control your anger: Stop talking to the person or try distracting my thoughts.
On whom do you show your anger: My two best friends Abigail Jain and Farhad.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: Yes when my anger reaches the saturation point I say anything to anyone without thinking.
Aamir Dalvi:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: Stupidity and mediocre behavior.
How do you show your anger: If I get the opportunity, I would hit but most of the times I just ignore.
What do you do to control your anger: I keep telling myself that it's not worth blowing my head off for the person.
On whom do you show your anger: It is a public notion that usually we show our anger on people who are close to us. So it is same with me.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: Yes during my younger days, I have got into problems because of my bad temper. But now I keep myself away from it.
Gurmeet Choudhary:

One thing that freaks you out very fast: I get angry very rarely but one thing that annoys me is when I see good people pretending to be beggars with kids as emotional support. Also as we are actors, we come to know who is real and who is not; I have even got down from my car and shouted at them. so that's very annoying.
How do you show your anger: My eyes do all the saying.
What do you do to control your anger: I mellow down very fast, so I don't need to do anything specific. If required, I chant Hanuman Chalisa.
On whom do you show your anger: Obviously Debina because she is the closest to me.
Has your anger got you in problem anytime: Yes once it happened around 4-5 years back. Debina was driving her new car and I was following her on a bike. Suddenly some rash drivers just dashed their sumo car into Debina's vehicle. I got so freaked out that I single handedly bashed all the 10-15 people. The police had to arrive there and calm me down. So it was quite a serious situation.
After reading all these instances, we can surely say that 'Temper' is one thing that cannot be controlled easily. Have you ever wondered how to keep a check on your anger? If no, start thinking now as it's never too late..
