Angad Hasija's memorable Ganesh Chaturthi..

Angad Hasija, Alekh of Star Plus and Rajan Shahi's Sapna Babul Ka.. Bidaai is on cloud nine after celebrating the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi in a grand manner at his home, with his family and friends.

Says the actor, "I had prayed to Ganpati Bappa and had requested him to come to my house this year. And for the first time, my mother, wife and kid had come down to Mumbai to celebrate the festival. We had done the sthapana of the idol at out place, and I had personally taken care of all the decorations done at home. It was a joyous affair, as my wife Pari and kid Angel had not come across such a celebration, as they have been in North India. We offered the Lord with various delicacies, and did seek his blessings for a good future".

Angad had invited the entire Bidaai crew starting from the actors, to directors to technicians and above all, Rajan Shahi. The actor had also personally shopped for his unit members, near and dear ones. "I gave them different kinds of jewelry which I had bought specifically for this occasion", says the actor.

Angad followed all the rituals of the puja diligently, and ended the two day long fiesta with the Visarjan of Bappa yesterday. "We had a jolly good time with Bappa at home. After the visarjan, I feel like I have lost something precious. It's like there is a void in my life with Bappa gone".
