Angad Hasija turns 'Krishn Bhagwan'...

Rajan Shahi’s Bidaai will air a very special sequence this Thursday, wherein Angad Hasija who plays Alekh is dressed up as Krishna, and Sara Khan as Radha.

Angad took nearly 6 hours to get ready, as he had to get his whole body painted to a blue color. “The entire experience was nice and memorable, and I am very lucky to get the chance to play such a role. It took nearly six hours to get ready for the sequence, and I took almost two hours to remove the paint off my body”, quips Angad.

The Radha-Krishn act is organized by Ranvir (Kinshuk Mahajan) to make his mother Vasudhara(Seema Kapoor) realize the importance and virtue of the dark color.

Rajan Shahi, Producer of Bidaai says, “This will be a very interesting point in the story, and we have consciously made an attempt to spread the message that though we pray and seek blessings of Lord Krishna who is dark in color, we are still color-conscious in life and look down at people who are of a darker complexion”.

“This Radha-Krishn act coming from Alekh and Sadhana is an effort to persuade Vasu to get over her color-conscious mindset and accept Ragini. The song and dance act has been picturized very well, with apt dialogues added in between. Whether this sequence will be a path-breaker, that will change Vasu’s mindset is something to watch out for”, adds Rajan Shahi.

Angad who portrays the mentally challenged character of Alekh is equally elated as he says, “Alekh is very proactive and is determined to unite Ranveer and Ragini, and this is evident in this very act. In this way, he proves that he can do anything for his brother”.

As we look forward to this interesting sequence this Thursday, it is wait and see whether Vasu gets convinced or not!!
