The invitation card discloses that the pre-wedding celebrations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will unfold in the serene city of Jamnagar, Gujarat, from the 1st to the 3rd of March this year. Jamnagar holds immense significance for the Ambani family, as detailed in a handwritten note shared by Mukesh and Nita Ambani.

In the heartfelt note, the Ambani couple expressed their delight in inviting guests to the pre-wedding celebrations of their son. They shed light on the profound connection they share with Jamnagar, explaining that in 1997, Reliance established the world's largest grassroots refining complex in the city. Over the years, the family has cultivated lasting memories and contributed to the environment by planting more than 10 million trees in the region.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's journey to this joyous occasion commenced with traditional Gujarati engagement ceremonies, including Gol Dhana and Chunari Vidhi. The couple exchanged rings at the revered Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Their roka ceremony took place in December 2022, followed by a lavish celebration at the iconic Antilia in Mumbai.

Anant Ambani, the youngest scion of the Ambani empire, studied at Brown University in America and assumed leadership of Reliance's energy wing last August. Radhika Merchant, daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant, brings her own grace and charm to this union.
