Amitabh Bachchan shares monochrome pic as he cheers for Agastya Nanda's debut

Zoya Akhtar's much-anticipated directorial venture, "The Archies," has unveiled a fresh wave of talent in Bollywood, featuring Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Dot, Vedang Raina, and others. The film is now available for streaming on Netflix, generating a wave of positive reviews and well-wishes from the film fraternity on social media. 

Adding to the excitement, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan took to Instagram on Thursday, December 7, sharing a stylish photo from The Archies' premiere night. 

The monochromatic image showcases his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and debutant grandson, Agastya Nanda, exuding charm in matching black tuxedos.

In a heartfelt yet effortlessly cool wish for his grandson, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, "Agastya with love and more... shine sway you are RIZZ!!!" accompanied by two thumbs-up emojis.

Earlier on December 5, The Archies hosted a star-studded grand premiere night, attended by the entire Bachchan family. Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya, Navya Naveli Nanda, Shweta Bachchan, Nikhil Nanda, and Nitasha Nanda were captured by paparazzi in a group picture, adding glitz to the event.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, The Archies unfolds a fictional narrative set in the 1960s in the imaginary Indian town of Riverdale. Agastya Nanda steps into the shoes of Archie Andrews, portraying a heartthrob and charming Casanova of that era. The film promises an engaging journey into a captivating storyline that captures the essence of the '60s with flair.
