Amit Dolawat ecstatic on playing a cop for the first time!

The good looking and talented actor Amit Dolawat, who is currently seen on Sony TV's popular show 'Pyar Ko Ho Jane Do', loves experimenting with different roles. After essaying varied shades of characters on-screen, the actor has now taken up yet another challenging role for his next show.

Yes, Amit will soon be seen essaying the role of a cop on &TV's popular show 'Agent Raghav - Crime Branch'.

Our source informs us, "In an upcoming episode of the show, there will be a landslide that will take place and everybody affected from it, will end up staying at a resort. During their stay, the resort would witness some unfortunate murders. Agent Raghav (Sharad Kelkar) will be joining hands with a Cop (Amit Dolawat) to solve these murder mysteries taking place at the resort. The cop would come along with a prisoner who was being shifted."

"There is a big twist to be revealed at the climax of the story, regarding the real identity of the cop in the episode," adds our source.

When we contacted Amit, he said, "It's been a very good experience playing a cop for the first time and the uniform really suited me. I think, I looked good in the uniform and did justice to my role. Hence, I can say that it's another feather added to my cap. Contiloe has always cast me for good and interesting roles. It has been very fulfilling for me as an actor."
