Ali Mercchant back on Television!

Actor Ali Mercchant, who is known for his popular roles in Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki, Saath Phere and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all set to make a comeback after two and a half years as a lead on Channel V's popular show Sadda Haq Season 2.

The actor will be seen playing Nirmaan who is a passionate scientist.

We reached out to Ali who said, "Yes I am returning to television after quite a long time.  I wasn't too excited about the kind of projects and scripts I was hearing in the last couple of years and plus my love for music was keeping me busy as I have been Dj-ing.  I have always played a lover boy on television and this character in Sadda Haq is a multi-layered intelligent guy, who is completely styled according to international standards. Unlike most saas-bahu sagas, the character look as well as the entire feeling of the show is like any of international series." 

Ali's entry will be aired on January 26th in the second season of this youth series!
