This year presented an overwhelmingly great amounts of pastel colour trends. From exquisite bridal wear to the festive traditional ones, our favourite looks were seen in jaw-droppingly pretty pastel hues- ranging from a soft pink to the dreamy blue. However, there was one shade in particular that caught our eye the most, the lovely lilac. We are labelling it the most iconic colour of 2018, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's latest look is ready to keep it on our favourite's list.

Yesterday for an event at a city school, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, wore a Massimo Dutti lilac colour jacket paired with Diesel jeans. Aish looked elegant as ever with her side parted hair look and striking but minimal makeup. Aishwarya amped up this semi-formal look of her's with a classic pair of nude ballerina flats.

We must say how obsessed we are with this colour and have to definitely include this in our wardrobes. Indeed the most beautiful woman in the hole wide world, Aishwarya like usual rocked this OOTD also.

This light shade of lavender can look great even if paired with white denims or black trousers.

Aishwarya, who is a mother of one, was present at this event to address students, teachers and parents at the Annual Function of special kids hosted by Narsee Monjee Educational Trust, Ville Parle, Mumbai.

At the event, addressing the students, teachers and parents, Aishwarya threw light on people with different abilities and how gifted they are. She also encouraged one and all to realise their full potential.
