After a petition to BAN 'Pehredaar Piya Ki', another petition in favour of the show circulates

Sony TV show, Pehredaar Piya Ki has been in the news ever since the first promo of the show surfaced. The story about how a 10 year old boy Ratan, the only heir to the kingdom is married off to an 18 year old Diya (Tejasswi Prakash Wayanganakr) has received a lot of flak because of its objectionable concept.

It was only recently that a petition for a ban on the show made its way, which lead to the Information & Broadcasting Minister, Smriti Irani ordering BCCC to intervene into the matter and take immediate action. However, now, there is another petition that has surfaced.

But, this time around, the petition is in favour of the show and talks about how it shouldn't be judged on the basis of what internet has presented to us as those are misleading images and articles. 

The petition is filed on change.org and already has 1444 signatures out of the 1500 needed.

While the show sure needs a watch before being judged, the concept needs to have been equally backed up with logic, isn't it?
