Abrar Qazi to play Rudra-Preesha's son Samrat in 'Yeh Hai Chahatein' post leap

Star Plus' popular show Yeh Hai Chahatein is all set to take a leap. We had exclusively reported about how the makers planning to take a 20 year leap and we also reported that post leap, Saaransh and Ruhi will grow up. The child artists will be eased out of the show while grown up actors will step into the shoes of Saaransh and Ruhi. A highly placed source stated that in most probability, actors Sargun Kaur Luthra and Abrar Qazi will continue to be a part of the project while a few others might exit the same.

Now latest we exclusively bring you the post leap track. It will see re- entry of Revathi. It will be shown that Revathi who had left the country with Rudra and Prisha’s youngest son, Samrat (hero with Rudra’s face) comes back to India. Samrat is introduced as a rich, spoilt brat, who’s a womanizer and a popular rockstar who is oblivious to the exploitation he faces by Revathi for his money. Samrat loves his mother and sister, Alia with all his heart and hates his father for what he did to Revathi (Revathi has manipulated him so that he hates his family).

And here the makers will introduce two sisters- Nayantara (lead with Prisha's face) and Ishaani Nair, daughters of Malti Nair, who is a well-known match maker of their community residing in Delhi. 

‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ is produced by Balaji Telefilms and has a stellar star cast including actors like Sargun Kaur Luthra, Abrar Qazi, Altamash Faraz among others.
