Abhishek Nigam Joins Arjun Kapoor-Kriti Sanon In Panipat; Talks About His Character Details & Experience

Actor Abhishek Nigam who is best remembered for his role in the show Akbar: Rakt Se Takht Ka Safar, has been away from the small screen since two years. Despite having a good screen presence, we haven’t seen much of him on the screen. Well, the actor is now making his comeback into acting after two years with upcoming Bollywood movie Panipat.

Directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar and starring Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles, Panipat is a period drama and is based on the infamous war of Panipat. Abhishek Nigam will be seen playing a crucial character in the film along with the stellar cast. 

We got in touch with the actor and he shared, “Yes, I’m a part of the film and I will be playing the character of Vishwas Rao. The film will mark my debut in Bollywood and is also my comeback in acting after two years, so I’m very excited and equally nervous.”

Further speaking about his experience he said, “The experience was splendid and as it was my first film so it was much of a learning experience. Working with Ashutosh Giwarikar sir was a wonderful opportunity. I actually almost left acting but I have made a comeback after two years under the guidance of Ashutosh Sir and I’m really hopeful this film works for me.”
