Abhishek Avasthi and Shruti Bapna in Hats Off's next!

Tellybuzz was the first one to write about Jd Majethia coming up with a comedy show on Life OK, tentatively titled as Comedy Family Ki Family Comedy. We also covered that the show would feature actors like Rajeev Mehta, Supriya Pathak, Ketki Dave and many others.

The latest we hear is that Shruti Bapna, currently seen in Sony TV's Saas Bina Sasuraal, and Abhishek Avasthi, last seen in SAB TV's Chintu Chinky Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story, have been approached to be a part of the show.

A source informs, "The show would be episodic gags instead of a full-fledged daily soap. So there would be different characters in each episode. Abhishek Avasthi and Shruti Bapna have both shot for the pilot of the show."

We contacted Abhishek Avasthi and he says, "Yes, I have shot for the pilot but nothing has been finalized."

While Shruti Bapna states, "I have been approached but I haven't decided yet."

Hats Off's two shows are ready to hit screens while few more are in the making…
