If hearsay must be believed, the very charming Abhay Deol is single no more.

Reportedly, Abhay exchanged rings with steady girlfriend Preeti Desai over a month back, whom he first met at a success party of his widely popular film, Dev D, in 2009. The engagement ceremony was a very private affair with only the ones closest to the Deol family in attendance to bless the couple in the making.

A UK based girl, Preeti shifted base from Britain to India over a year back and has been living in Deol's Juhu flat in Mumbai ever since. As for past dig outs, she happens to have been the former Miss Britain (2006), and was recently in news for delivering an intimate scene with co-actor Sendhil Ramamurthy in her upcoming debut movie, Shor In The City, a Balaji production to be.

Neither of the two have made this news official, nor have even been seen sporting their rings, and rumor mills account the silence to both awaiting Preeti's impending debut film to release at the box office.

Well, even though Abhay has always shed minimal light on his personal life, looks like he has to make his engagement heard to all his fans soon!
