Aashka Garodia down with fever

According to our source, "Aashka Goradia continues to shoot even though she's been having high fever. She is being a thorough professional and is not demanding either a change of script or schedule."

With a voice barely Aashka managed to speak to us. "Yes, I'm down with fever…its viral."

So how in the world is she able to shoot with viral fever?! "I had to shoot; the show has to go on right? But it isn't so bad because for one we're shooting in the studio instead of outdoors. I'm taking my medication properly. Then there's the love and care of your cast and crew that helps you get through the day," she says poignantly.

How is her illness affecting her onscreen performance? She tells us, "Yes, me having a heavy head and weakness changes things. But not much I think… maybe you should watch the show and tell me. It's just that I'm having to work on my voice. When you have a blocked nose, your voice changes, so I was trying to sound normal. Probably you'll find that Kalawati is speaking with a different voice these days (smile)."

Aashka is positive that by tomorrow she will be back to normal. "I got the fever yesterday so I think by tomorrow the fever should subside. Even today, if I'm shooting it's because …bukhar itna bura bhi nahi hai (the fever isn't all that bad)," she tells us.

Hopefully, everything's gonna be alright by tomorrow!
