Aamir-Sanjeeda to perform a Qawwali act!

Recently we reported about Sanjeeda Shaikh donning a dual role for her performance meant for Gold Awards held by Zee TV. And now we hear that Sanjeeda will be reverberating on a Qawaali along with hubby Aamir Ali Malik.

Regarding the same we got in touch with Sanjeeda and she says, "Yes, I was shooting with Aamir for an Eid event. We'll be seen dancing on a medley of songs like 'Kajra re' and 'Agra Ka Ghagra'.

Talking about her experience, the actress says, "It's always amazing to dance with Aamir. In fact, I love watching ourselves and the chemistry  together on the screen. Moreover, it was special for me because this is the first time we have done a qawwali."

Futhermore, Sanjeeda went on to say, "Sanjay Shetty, who has choreographed this entire act has done a fantastic job. Its not a typical qawwali act where by you usually see a group of boys and girls sitting opposite to each other, rather its a very filmy performance, and I hope the audience will like it."

When asked Sanjeeda about her personal plans for Eid, she says, "Defiiately, we won't be shooting and personally I really hate working on Eid and birthdays. As far as this Eid is concerned, we haven't planned anything yet, but we might have a fiends get-to-gather."
