A new ENEMY in Shivaay and Anika's LOVE STORY in Ishqbaaaz...

Be ready to get disappointed all you ShiviKa' fans, as Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandna) are all set to go their separate ways. And, the catalyst in their relationship will be Shivaay's mother Pinky.

Shivaay and Anika repeatedly save the Oberois against the incessant attacks of Mahi, Kamini and Ranveer and Anika also gets shot in the process of saving Shivaay, which makes the latter appreciate and care for Anika even more.

And Pinky, even though is grateful to Anika for all the times she has helped the family, is not able to see Shivaay showering so much love on Anika and gets insecure.

In the upcoming episodes, Anika will have a heart to heart conversation with her brother Sahil and will tell him that Shivaay will never come close to her and profess his love for her as she does not have a surname and has grown up in an orphanage. And while Sahil will be seen encouraging Anika to think positive, Pinky will overhear this conversation and will find her trump card to separate Shivaay and Anika.

Pinky will inform Shivaay about Anika's lack' of proper lineage, which will plant doubts and Shivaay will start to have second thoughts about his marriage to Anika.
