A new character in 'Ek Deewaana Tha' to raise the drama quotient!

With Sony TV's Ek Deewana Tha showcasing some beautiful and intense scenes back to back, its upcoming track will keep you glued to television. With suspense and thriller rising, the upcoming track will see Delnaaz Irani's character Odhni in an interesting avatar.

The makers have revamped Delnaaz' current avatar to that of Sridevi as Charlie Chaplin in the movie, Mr. India. Odhni will don this look to enter the Bedi house, so that she can get the family's fingerprints to match with the murder weapon.

Apart from shooting for the very dramatic experience, what Delnaaz loved the most about the scene was how she got the opportunity to dress up as somebody whom she looks up to - Sridevi.

When the makers asked Delnaaz to dress up as a man for the reception party sequence of the leads Vyom (Vikram Singh Chauhan) and Sharanya (Donal Bisht), she came up with the idea of dressing as Sridevi's character of Charlie Chaplin from her film, Mr. India.

Talking about her experience Delnaaz said, "Taking the look of Charlie Chaplin in the show was an interesting attempt. I always loved the look of Charlie Chaplin that Sridevi had donned in Mr. India and since I had to dress up like a man yet again, I just felt why not to take that avatar. I just feel this look really fits my character in the show."

Looks like, the makers and the actor is leaving no stone unturned to stand out with her new avatar.

We are sure that there will be lots of drama unfolding in the upcoming episodes.
