Kartik Aaryan is currently basking in the glory of his recently released film Luka Chupi and has been making headlines for his cute antics with Sara Ali Khan.

All thanks to his monologues in the Pyaar ka Punchnama series and his stellar performance in Luv Ranjan's 2018 hit film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety; the actor has garnered a massive fan base among female fans. Girls go crazy whenever they spot the actor anywhere in public.

His fondness has grown to the extent that his family has been receiving marriage proposals for him and Kartik is more than overwhelmed by the number of marriage proposals he is receiving.

Talking about it, the actor said, "Rishtey aate rehte hain shaadi ke liye. Mummy ko phone aate hain kabhi toh". He shared a particular incident wherein the guy wanted to forcibly get his sister to marry Kartik.

He said, "Just a little while ago, there was this guy who called my mom directly. We didn't know him and I don't know how he got my mom's number but he called her directly, saying 'Kartik ki shaadi karani hai meri behen se.'

My mother just said that Kartik isn't interested in marrying right now. He is very much focussed on his career and on top of that, I don't know who you are.

But that man wouldn't take no for an answer.

He said, 'Agar abhi nahi kar raha hai, toh bhi chalega, chaar saal baad bhi ho chahe, aap abhi se block kar lo,' as if koi advance booking ho."

On the work front, Kartik will be seen in Pati Patni Aur Woh along with Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar. He also recently wrapped up the Delhi schedule of Imtiaz Ali's next film where he will be seen opposite Sara Ali Khan. The film is scheduled for a release in February, 2020.
