A leap in 'Naamkarann' makes way for two new ENTRIES in the show!

This, according to the news is in line with Star Plus' revamp strategy.

Star Plus has been in the news for quite some time now as there have been news about the channel pulling the plug on 5 of their major shows, however, those have been rubbished by the makers.

And now, in order to spice up the content, the Aditi Rathore-Zain Imam starrer Naamkarann is all set to witness a 5-year leap thereby making way for new entries in the show.

Post the leap, Neil will be seen turning a bodyguard to popular Bollywood actor Karan Kapoor, who will gradually fall in love with Avni.

Mishti's grown-up character in the show will be played by Payal Bhojwani, joining the case of the show will be Bhavesh Balchandani as Samrat whose character will be pivotal in the show. The two will gradually be shown to share a bond with each other.

The post leap phase in the show is expected to kick start next week.
