The team of COLORS' Rishton Se Badi Pratha recently had an outdoor shoot in the beautiful locales of Delhi, where the unit made it a point to cover the unique places like the Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, Connaught Place and many more.

The shoot in Delhi happened when Ranvijay Singh (Faisal Raza Khan) along with few goons were hunting on the streets of Delhi, searching for Abhay and Surbhi.
However, while shooting one such sequence, the cast and unit of Pratha experienced a scary moment, something that they will never forget in their lifetime!!
Our source tells us, "Ranvijay Singh along with few goons was to drive in an open gypsy around the Connaught Place looking for the love birds who had eloped. It so happened that Faisal Raza Khan told the cameraman and the unit members that few candid shots at the place wherein they get down the jeep and ask for the couple showing their pictures would give the shot a great face lift. The unit then decided to take this risk and shoot some normal scenes with the public. With this in mind, Faisal and the other junior artistes got down from their jeep and walked around in the crowd. They started showing the pictures of Surbhi and Abhay to the normal public, asking them in their fierce voice as to whether they have seen these people. The shot and the reactions of the public were coming out superbly when there was a twist in the tale".
Well, wondering what exactly happened? Well, here you go!!
"It so happened that few commandos who were stationed at the place noticed these men walking thro' the crowd and questioning the public in a rude manner. Immediately, the commandos pointed their rifles at Faisal and other artistes. Actually the fact was that the unit had been shooting at Connaught Place on 26/11 and the commandos had the notion that this was yet another terrorist attack", informs our source.
We contacted Faisal who further explained to us about the scary moment, "I was scared to death when I saw the commando pointing his rifle at me. He came and arm twisted me. We tried our level best to explain to them that we were only shooting a particular scene. However, they did not believe as the camera which was stationed inside the jeep was not there; the members in the jeep had taken off from the location as they were scared. Thankfully, the public recognized me to be an actor and told the commandos that we were indeed shooting. Later on, our AD handled the situation and talked to the commandos".
"The commandos too breathed a sigh of relief, but then told us that we should not be doing this on the day, as it was 26/11 and Delhi was placed under high alert. We thank our stars for not carrying our gun for that particular shot; if we had it then, we would have been shot", states Faisal in a concerned tone.
Faisal went on to say, "However, the risk was worth taking, as we have got some amazing candid shots with the normal public. You should have seen the reactions of the people when we pointed the pictures towards them and asked them whether they have spotted the people in the pictures. Three cheers to the entire team of Pratha".
Well, that was indeed a scary moment, but as Faisal puts it, all is well at the end of the day and the risk was worth it!!
