Look T in ghost form was rarely visible before R's eyes or has spoken directly with R in audio video forms.. regularly ghost madam was visible & audible mainly to viewers watching RM, not to R.

Plastic surgery isn't possible within 2-3 days with proper healing on a face, if its going to be damini.. 

yeah if damini is still alive, may be some professional face mask of T she can be wearing covering her own face. Her post mortem report also isn't revealed so far by police, with cause of death.

If its actually plastic surgery & not some mask on face, then it has to be pre-planned for a long time.. in such case may be some other lady who might have been close to M T in the past knowing fully about them is acting as fake T, or an outsider got planted by some one like evil mamaji with all required training about Trivedi family to take his revenge.
